Important Information 

Following the most recent UK and Scottish Government advice on the COVID-19 outbreak we have taken the decision to close our office to the public from 18^th March 2020 until further notice and implement a range of home working measures wherever possible.

While our intention will be to provide you with the most effective service as possible please be aware there may be some disruption. We have instructed staff that all non-essential visits to our tenants and residents’ homes should cease immediately to protect both you are our staff until further guidance is provided by the Government.

You can still pay your rent, report a repair, discuss your tenancy or contact the association through a variety of methods including via this website, our social media platforms (Facebook or Twitter) or by telephone at 0141 440 2244.

If you or someone in your household is self-isolating due to Coronavirus please let us know so that we do not visit you at home. When you phone the office you will be asked questions to identify any potential risks before requesting a Contractor or staff member to attend. Click on link for questions: Coronavirus Questions

Please visit our website regularly, as we will keep you updated regarding any impact on our service delivery.

During the Coronavirus outbreak it would also be beneficial to have the Allpay App downloaded to your mobile device in order that you can still pay rent. If you want advice on how to the download the App please contact the office. Please note that when phoning to arrange a repair which requires a visit your home the following questions will be asked to identify any potential risks:

• Have you or any member of this household been to a Coronavirus affected area in the past 14 days?
• Have you had contact with anyone who may be infected with the Coronavirus?
• Do you have any of these symptoms?
• Cough
• Fever
• Shortness of breath

When you phone our Out of Hours Emergency Contractors, you will also be asked these questions.
