Customer Services Advisor
Full-Time, Temporary Maternity Cover until November 2024
Salary: £23,362 – £26,419, EVH Grade 4 Spinal Point PA9 – PA12
Do you believe in delivering excellent customer service? Do you go above and beyond for customers? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our Customer Services Team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for delivering services that are most valued including a reactive repair service encompassing repair diagnostics, instructing work orders and managing to completion, reviewing customer satisfaction surveys and complaint handling. In addition, you will provide housing advice and assess housing applications along with carrying out general administration tasks. You will deal with enquiries face to face at our reception desk, over the telephone and via digital platforms.

Director of Finance and Corporate Services
Full-Time, Permanent, 35 Hours per week
Salary: £ 63,486 – £66,530 – EVH Senior Management Grade 9, SM11 – 13
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join us as Director of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a key role within our organisation as you will be part of our Senior Management Team, working to provide leadership, management and support to the finance and corporate services team in the delivery of effective financial management, treasury management, governance and compliance, human resource, IT and the corporate service function of the Association.
Experienced at a managerial level, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across our organisation including with colleagues and our Management Committee. Membership of a relevant membership body (CIH or ACCA, ICAS, etc) and experience within a regulated environment is also sought. You should have experience in leading and developing high performance teams and be able to assist in the development of strategies which relate to the Association.
