Focus groups

The Association has used Focus Groups, of about 5 tenants to get their perspective on particular areas of our service. This is to feed into how we should develop our service. 

Examples include

• What is an acceptable lettable standard for a void house.    
• Views on the layout of our website.
• If tenants understand standard letters used by the Association.
• Setting targets, for example dealing with complaints of anti-social behaviour.
