Our Planned Improvement Programmes

The Association carries out stock condition surveys approximately every 6 years to determine replacement programmes for items such as windows, heating systems and kitchen units.

Tenants are provided with a 5 year programme for items to be replaced at their properties. Other cyclical works including common paintwork, landscaped gardening and gas appliance servicing will be notified on an annual basis if works are required.

The following improvements are planned for 2018:

  • Replacing central heating boilers, kitchen units, internal doors, bathroom suites and smoke alarm systems.
  • Communal paint work programme.
  • Medical Adaptations
  • External Stonework Repairs
  • Reactive and Void repairs
