Repairs & Improvements
Under your Scottish Secure Tenancy we have a duty to carry out certain repairs and make sure that your property and appliances are safe.
However, we go much further than our legal obligations, we regularly consult with tenants and carry out stock condition surveys to ensure all of our properties are maintained to the highest possible standard.
From long term, planned improvement programmes, to swift action – we encourage our tenants to notify us of any issues within your home or surrounding area and report all types of repair – immediate action will of course be taken if there is any risk to you or your family and the property. The quickest and easiest way to report a repair (and for us to assess and organise the required service needed) is to use our online ‘Report a Repair’ tool. You can report a repair now using the facility below, or find out more about your rights regarding alterations and the maintenance of your home.
