Our Helpline Service, Caring at Home

The Helpline Service is a free service offering practical support for tenants aged 65 and over or tenants who are disabled people and require extra assistance with tasks in their home.

• The Helpline Service provides a wide range of practical support including;
• Changing fuses, plugs, light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries
• Hanging curtains and rails
• Internal window cleaning and spring cleaning
• Minor household repairs
• Minor decoration
• Room re-organisation
• Grass cutting
