Asset Manager

Location:  Govan, Glasgow

 Hours:  35 hours per week

Salary £53,904 – £56,558 per annum (from 1 April 2025)

Grade: EVH Grade 9 (SM1 – SM3)

Contract: Permanent

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team to ensure we deliver an efficient and customer focussed service across all areas of maintenance, repairs, investment and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of building regulations and construction best practice and the Scottish Housing Regulator’s technical performance requirements, the ability to manage projects, contractors and suppliers effectively, an effective understanding of health and safety in line with statutory and regulatory obligations and experience in managing budgets ensuring value for money is achieved in all aspects of asset management and service delivery.

We are seeking someone who has excellent analytical and IT skills, the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors and all relevant stakeholders across our organisation.   We are also looking for someone who has experience in leading and motivating a team to deliver services consistent with our organisational values.
