This section aims to provide potential and current Owners and Private Landlords who rent their properties, solid information about the factoring service we provide – what you can expect from us as your Factor, and what we expect from you as a Landlord/Owner.
Elderpark Housing will act as Factor until such time as the majority of owners decide otherwise or until such time as the Association wishes to withdraw services.
