Close cleaning contractor Mainline Facilities Ltd decided at short notice to immediately terminate their close cleaning contract with the Association.
The Association has acted quickly to appoint Caledoninan Maintenance on a temporary contract until March 2025 when a decision will be made on procuring the contract on a longer term basis.
Caledonian Maintenance will commence cleaning activities on Monday 22nd July and there may be some short term changes to the cleaning schedule whilst the new contractor beds in and becomes familiar with the properties, we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst this takes place.
