Elderpark Housing Association has successfully secured £300K from the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme, administered by the Energy Redress Trust ensuring the continuation of the much-respected Govan Energy Advice Service.
A key element of the service is the appliance of iOpt smart sensors. These will analyse real-time data on temperature, energy use, and air quality across a range of property types. It will enable advisors to offer more tailored support to households and help our asset teams make smarter, evidence-based investment decisions to boost energy efficiency across the housing stock.
