Our People

As a housing association we are run by a voluntary management committee who generally meet monthly to make decisions on the direction and strategy for Elderpark Housing.

On a day to day basis the activities are led and directed by the Chief Executive and delivered by the staff team of around 35 dedicated, skilled and experienced individuals.

We have four main departments within the association which are Housing Management, Customer Services, Maintenance and Finance and Corporate Services. These deliver the services to our tenants and residents on a daily basis.
