Ending your Tenancy

If you wish to end your tenancy you must provide written confirmation, giving us at least 28 days written notice. Upon receipt of this the Association will carry out a pre-inspection of the property and discuss any outstanding debt owed.

If the Association wishes to end your tenancy they must obtain a court order for eviction under Section 14 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001. You can download a tenancy termination form to the right of this page.
