Changes to Repairs Service 26th April – Important Information

Elderpark Housing tenants will be aware of the difficulties in delivering our normal repairs service due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We have been following the Scottish Governments strict instructions in ensuring that our contractors do not in any way spread this very contagious virus.

This had resulted in emergency repairs only being completed, leaving lots of our tenants frustrated and worried about non emergency repairs not being carried out.

We are delighted to announce that from Monday 26th April we will be carrying out  non-emergency repairs/ routine repairs as well as emergency repairs  We would like to thank all of our tenants for their patience through this difficult time and ask that if you have any repairs to please contact the Customer Services Team on 0141 440 0566 to make arrangements to complete a repair.
