Changes to our reactive repairs service
From Tuesday 21 July 2020, The Turner Group will be responsible for carrying out most of the associations reactive day to day repairs.
The Turner Group must complete repairs within the following agreed contract target time scales:
Qualifying repairs 1-7 days
Routine repairs 7 working days
Routine common repairs 10 working days
Emergency repairs Attend within 2 hours (completed next day)
When you report a repair to the association we will check the contractor’s availability and agree a mutual appointment date with you within the above contract target times.
Covid 19 Guidelines
From the 21 July we will now be operating a full maintenance repairs service including routine repairs although our offices are currently closed until further notice.
Please note that all of our contractors will be operating strict safe working practices issued by the Scottish government in terms of safe distancing and PPE.
When reporting a repair you must first confirm that no person in your household have any Covid-19 symptoms.
