Our Estate Management Service includes maintaining common areas such a back courts, bin areas, stairs and close entrances and communal garden and landscaped areas.
Bin Stores & BackcourtsÂ
The bin stores are cleaned on a weekly basis.Â Unwanted bulk items should be placed at the side of the bin shelter and the Association will uplift and dispose of these each Friday. Never put these items on the streetÂ The Association also uplift litter behind the railings at the front of tenement buildings.Â
Close cleaning is provided fortnightly. It does not remove residents responsibility to keep the close clean and tidy.Â The service can be removed by a majority vote within the close.Â
Garden MaintenanceÂ Â
We aim to maintain communal gardens and landscaped areas to a high standard.Â To ensure that our specification meets our desired standards we have employed the services of a Landscape Architect.

Monitoring the Contract and Complaints
Our aim is to achieve consistency in service delivery and for complaints to be dealt with promptly.Â If you have a complaint contact Jim Fraser, Estate Management Inspector at Main Office on 0141 440 2244.Â Complaints are normally dealt with within 5 working days.
