We have properties in Elderpark, Ibrox/Cessnock & Kinning Park. Each location benefits from excellent transport links and local amenities.

Elderpark

Situated in the Govan area of Glasgow, Elderpark is in an ideal location to access all areas of Glasgow and beyond.  This is due to its close proximity to excellent travel links including Glasgow underground, the M8 motorway and the Clyde tunnel.

The Elderpark area has a number of high quality local amenities. There is a public library, a health centre, and a local park.  It has recently seen the addition of two new purpose built primary schools and is within short walking distance of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Bellahouston Park and Pollok Country Park are also easily accessed from this area.

It is within a short distance of two major retail outlets; Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres. Govan also has its own small shopping centre and is well served with local business such as greengrocers, butchers, chemists etc. Govan also has a large bus station.

Elderpark Housing Association has a variety of properties throughout the elderpark area.  These are mostly traditional tenements although we also have new build houses and flats in the Elderpark area.


Ibrox / Cessnock

Located in south west Glasgow approximately a mile and a half from Elderpark, Ibrox is ideally situated to access Glasgow underground system, the M8 motorway, and benefits from close proximity to major bus routes at Govan Cross and Paisley Road West, giving excellent access to Glasgow city centre, Paisley and beyond.

The Ibrox area has a number of high quality local amenities including a public library, primary and nursery schooling, Bellahouston Park and Sports Centre, local shops and, a major Asda Store are only a short walk away.

Elderpark Housing Association has a smaller stock of properties here, again mostly traditional tenement although there are some new build houses and flats in the Ibrox / Cessnock area.


Kinning Park

Located in south west Glasgow, approximately a mile and a half from Elderpark, Kinning Park benefits from excellent transport links including  Glasgow underground system. Kinning Park has its own underground station and the nearby M8 Motorway and major bus routes on Paisley road west give easy access to Glasgow City centre and beyond.

The Kinning Park area has excellent local amenities including local shops, Festival Park, Springfield Quay leisure complex, Glasgow science centre, primary and nursery schooling.

Elderpark Housing Association has a small stock of traditional tenement flats in the Kinning Park area.
